Our newly constructed Leadvillle, Colorado
vacation rental home is the ideal place for families
gathering to enjoy the wide variety of non-motorized mountain sports in
the historic Leadville area. With up to five bedrooms and five baths,
three families can comfortably make themselves at home.
The
home is located 1.5 miles north of Leadville, just off Highway 24, in
the Grand West Estates
subdivision. It is situated on a heavily wooded, flat, 5 acre lot, surrounded by 360 degree
mountain valley views. The new construction features all
the amenities found in today’s better built homes, such as interior
insulated walls for sound dampening, large 75 gallon water heater, 55
inch HDTV and high speed internet, an open design concept with great
room and 23 foot ceilings,
vaulted ceilings throughout the upper level, Southern exposure for
warmth and comfort with an excellent view, and a private deck / entry
area.
There is a wide variety of mountain
recreation & sight-seeing opportunities in the area.
Winter activities such as downhill skiing are only a short drive: 10
minutes to Ski Cooper, 25 minutes to Copper Mountain, and 45 minutes to
Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone/A-Basin, and Loveland. Summer activities
such as hiking and fishing are within walking distance in the 160 acre
common area of the Grand West Estates subdivision that encompasses the
headwaters of the Arkansas River. Further south of Leadville, various
companies offer rafting trips on the exciting whitewater of the Upper
Arkansas.

Upper 3 bedrooms + game room $570/night Summer & Ski Season for
up to 10 guests. All 5 bedrooms, $725/night Summer &
Ski Season, or $4495 per week for up to 12 guests.
Two
guests using one room (with access to entire home) for a week in low
season, $1720 per week. Two or three couples for a weekend, $1720. All rates
assume our simple clean guest policy.
