Our quality
constructed home is ideal for family gatherings to enjoy the wide
variety of mountain sports in the historic Leadville area. It's a
spectacular home in the nicest subdivision in the area on a very
private five acre lot.
We offer a
high level of customer service. When
planning your trip to the area, we are happy to offer advice. Upon your arrival, the home is impeccably maintained and
clean (our no pet policy helps us achieve this). During your stay,
someone is always available to answer your questions and concerns. We take pride in showing our guests the best side of
Leadville.
If you are
looking for a home that is close to town, just five minutes to the
grocery store, and located on paved roads with a paved driveway, look
no further. Not to be
forgotten, this home is new and not an old (yet, attractive and
quaint) Victorian era home. New plumbing, sound dampened walls,
and non-squeaking floors are just the beginning. Quality
decor and furnishings are throughout the home.
The décor is contiguous and not a collection of remnants.
As for this
home, the master bedroom includes a balcony overlooking the living
room, vaulted ceilings, bathroom with two sinks, and large tub/shower
with dual showerheads, and LCD HDTV. There's a second master suite with attached
bathroom plus another bath and bedroom and a game room with pool table
in the lower level (making 6 sleeping rooms plus 5 baths).
The home also includes a spectacular and enchanting five foot tall all glass free-standing fireplace,
very private deck, and three car attached garage with plenty of
parking.
Nothing was
left out of the construction of the home.
An excellent floor plan is accentuated by hand troweled plaster
walls in the living room and master bedroom, insulated interior walls
for sound control, 75 gallon water heater for larger groups, both
forced air and in-floor heat. Everything
is included, cable with HBO, TV in every bedroom, DVD/CD player,
42" HDTV, high-end surround sound system, two computers w/printer
and high speed internet, internet connections in bedrooms, and an oxygen
machine.
